Warranty Shipping Information
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping costs during a warranty claim. We can help you get a discounted return shipping label, but you must cover the cost.
- Insurance: Insure and properly package all return shipments.
- Warranty Approval: If we approve the warranty claim, then we will repair or replace the chiller and ship it back at no additional cost within the continental US.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. Transit times will vary based on product and brand.
Tracking Information

Threshold Shipping - This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. (Only available if explicitly stated on products page.)
White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Saunas will not be assembled. (Only available if explicitly stated on products page.)
