Curbside Delivery is Free

Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to consumer’s address. The Swim Spa will be unloaded, but the customer will be responsible for placing it in their desired location

Once a hot tub has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene standards, and quality control. Orders that are cancelled 60 days after being paid are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value.
