Curbside Delivery is Free
Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to consumer’s address. The Swim Spa will be unloaded, but the customer will be responsible for placing it in their desired location

All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of hot tubs and spa products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a hot tub has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene standards, and quality control. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product specifications and ask any questions prior to completing their purchase.
Cancellations:
Orders that are cancelled 60 days after being paid are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value.
